How to Create Departments, Add Icons, Configure Settings, and Use No Sync
In the Partner Dashboard, the items of your store are organized by departments and categories. Follow the guided tour to manage your store's departments.
Navigate to https://partner.localexpress.io/catalog/product/2331
To organize your store's departments, navigate to the "Catalog" section of the Partner Dashboard.
Select the "Departments" section and navigate to the exact store you want to work with.
To add a new department, click the “Add New Department” button in the top right corner of the screen.
The newly opened Department Window includes "Apply to", "Title" and "Sales Channels". If you want the department to be visible on the online store, ensure the “Online Store” channel is selected. Choose “Nothing Selected” to hide the department and its categories from the front end.
The images section displays the department icon, department app image, department image, and deli icon. Add images according to the mentioned formats and sizes.
In the "Department Options", you can set various parameters such as department markup percentage (to adjust prices), preparation time, restrictions on movement period, age verification, sync options, and display a small icon for items with modifications.
You can enable the "No Sync" toggle if needed in this section.
In the “Categories” section, you can reorder categories or add new items.
If you need prices rounded automatically by the system, configure this in the “Rounding Rules” section.
